Why is Digestion Important to Your Mind, Body, and Success?

 

As an expert on the subject and myself suffering for many years from digestive issues in the past, I can tell you that your digestion is so important for your overall health, physically and mentally.

 I believe everything is connected in this life. The connection between your overall wellness and digestion is something we should understand deeply.

What you eat, how you eat and how much you eat affect your digestive system and how good or bad you digest your food and absorb and assimilate nutrients. At the same time, our bodies need to deal with toxins from foods and undigested particles, which impact our digestion and elimination system further.

Weak digestion results in undigested food and toxin overload in the colon. In the long run, this can cause malnutrition and vitamin and mineral deficiencies that can impact our health and cause illnesses and unwanted symptoms.

Depression and Digestion are connected, one can affect another. My experience, research and experiments show that long-term digestion problems can lead to depression, while depression can cause digestive issues. I will explain this in my upcoming videos.

Something not everyone thinks or hears but your health and vitality have a huge impact on your success in life, financially and in other categories in life.
