I don’t recommend eating late due to the numerous negative side effects that we may experience. Eating late weakens our digestive system, impairs sleep quality, and affects hormones. 

For a variety of reasons, you should not eat two or three hours before going to bed. A large meal, sweet snacks, or too much liquid, in particular.

Going to bed hungry, on the other hand, has some negative consequences to consider as well. You should have a bedtime snack sometimes, but not necessarily right before bed. Sometimes you end up not eating enough throughout the day and feel hungry at night so it is completely fine to eat something nutritious but not heavy.

Greek yogurt is one of the best options for some people because it contains twice as much protein as other yogurts and is also a higher quality yogurt that you should consume on a regular basis with meals or as a late-night snack on its own.

Greek yogurt is a good source of protein if it is natural or organic and consumed in moderation. The casein protein helps your body feed your muscles while you sleep, and it also contains melatonin, which helps you sleep faster and get a good night’s sleep so you can recover better and feel refreshed in the morning.

If you can find it, this thick and delicious snack is also a great option for traveling. When you return to your hotel after being out all day, you want to eat something light but nutritious before going to bed rather than having a large fatty meal or going to bed hungry.

Homemade organic yogurt and Greek yogurt are the best dairy options to consume on a regular basis. Having said that, not everyone enjoys or prefers yogurt.
