Drink Rosehip Tea and Never Get Sick Again

How Rosehip Tea Prevents Sickness and Boosts Immune System

An excellent source of vitamin C, rosehip is a powerful drink that supports a healthy immune system as it prevents and relieves the symptoms of cold, flu and other respiratory conditions, and prevents vitamin C deficiencies.

Especially during winter times, or during situations where you might think you are getting sick, I recommend drinking rosehip tea twice daily. In addition, rosehip tea can heal you from sickness and cold more quickly.

Furthermore, rosehip provides extra energy, which can help avoid tiredness at the end of a long winter.

100 grams of dried rosehips contain 10 to 50 times the amount of vitamin C found in oranges, kiwis, lemons and other citrus fruits, making them among the richest sources of vitamin C after my favorite fruit mulberries.

It is preferable to use the dried natural form of the herb when making tea. However, the tea bag form is acceptable as long as it is of high quality.

They are not to be confused with hibiscus, which is light red, whereas natural rosehips are brownish and reddish when mixed in hot water.

Rosehips are small football-shaped red fruits with a few seeds inside. The natural and fresh ones are soft, but there are a few with a hard shell, which is common.

Because of its high vitamin C content, rosehip tea can help you feel calm and relaxed. It can also keep you up due to its caffeine content. As a result, I don’t recommend drinking it in the late evenings.

Rosehip tea is brownish-red in color

Another thing I’d like to mention is that many tea companies combine hibiscus and rosehip in tea pockets. It is better to double-check the tea box to see if it is mixed with hibiscus or only natural rosehips.

If the drink is light red in color, it most likely contains hibiscus. As previously stated, the natural color of rosehip is brownish-red. To avoid getting sick, everyone should keep rosehips in their homes.
