Surprising Secret Link Between Your Liver and Happiness

 

Do you believe that our emotions, moods, and past experiences, as well as desires, frustrations, finances, and relationships, always influence our happiness? Yes, all of these factors can have an impact on our mental state and level of happiness.

But do you think there could be other sources that have a huge impact on our happiness, emotions, and overall well-being?

Why do you think some people become suddenly angry, while others become joyful? It isn’t always external events, nor is it always our brain, heart, or mood.


Sometimes the underlying cause is the vitality of our organs, combined with a variety of other factors.

Since I was a teenager, I’ve struggled with poor digestion, acid reflux, and other digestive issues. Unfortunately, no internet or information was available at the time.


Something I’ve noticed in myself is that someone who was once a calm and cheerful young boy is now frequently angry and irritable. Back then, I had no idea there was a link between digestive health and liver function, let alone the associated emotional mood issues.

 
But, after suffering for so many years and conducting extensive research and decades of experience, I came to the conclusion that indigestion puts pressure and stress on organs, particularly the liver, and the liver controls our emotions, making us angry, especially during stress and indigestion.

A healthy and optimally functioning liver keeps us happy and calm, whereas a toxic liver can cause anger.


Every time I had digestive issues, I remember becoming angry at times. When my digestion was good and my liver was working properly, I was calmer and never angry. After decades of experience and experimentation, it was clear that liver health was critical to our mental health and emotions.


When I felt better, I improved my digestion, especially after becoming an expert on the subject. I’m detoxing my liver regularly and taking care of myself. My happiness level naturally rose. I rarely became angry or frustrated. I was mostly calm and at peace.

The liver plays a role in processing emotions like anger, bitterness, and frustration, which may appear unusual given that emotions are typically associated with the brain and nervous system.


The liver is in charge of metabolizing various substances in the body, including hormones and toxins, which can have an impact on emotional health. For example, if the liver is not functioning properly and is unable to effectively remove toxins from the body, this may cause feelings of anger, irritability, or frustration.

A malfunctioning liver could potentially cause neurotransmitter imbalances, which could contribute to conditions like depression and anxiety.

The liver may also play a role in blood sugar regulation, which affects mood and energy levels.


The liver works hard to keep metabolic processes running smoothly. It serves as both the body’s physical and emotional filter. Its purpose is to filter toxins, resentments, and unresolved conflicts.

It is critical to care for this incredible organ in order to feel good both physically and emotionally. Many people have an easier time feeling peaceful after their liver function improves, and liver function improves significantly when we cultivate inner peace.

Conclusion: If you want to be happy, don’t always think or assume about outside events, your desires, or your circumstances. You can choose happiness, but you must first take care of yourself.
