Being outside in nature for an extended period of time versus staying indoors for an extended period of time was one of my essential skin beauty experiments. The distinction was significant in terms of skin health.
Fresh air contributes to healthy, glowing skin. I traveled the majority of the world and lived in 15 different countries. The more time I spent outside, the more radiant and glowing my skin appeared. Being outside instead of staying indoors is good for your skin’s health and beauty.
Toxins are more concentrated inside your home and car than outside. Toxins can make you sick and deplete your energy faster. Organ and liver weakness can lead to unhealthy, dry skin.
Eating a healthy diet and getting some fresh air can help you achieve the glowing skin you desire.
Nature and fresh air improve the tone, color, and texture of our skin.
Because oxygen can do wonders for your body, it can also do wonders for your skin’s health. When you breathe enough fresh air, your skin rejuvenates. Oxygen is anti-inflammatory and antibacterial, it stimulates collagen production, making your skin glowy, and even soothing.
A breath of fresh air would encourage healthy skin cell turnover. This would replace old cells with new ones, providing you with clean, smooth, and even skin tone or texture as desired.
My experiment revealed that staying indoors for extended periods of time was harmful to almost every body type.
Some people developed acne, while others experienced inflammation, dullness, and lifelessness in their skin. Most of the time, being outside cured the symptoms of bad-looking and unhealthy skin.
The fundamental principle of healthy skin is to avoid exposure to UV rays, pollution, and other outdoor elements that can hasten aging, dark spots, and other skin issues.
Going for a walk in nature or hiking outdoors can make a difference after only 1 hour a day.
More people would go outside and spend time in nature if they realized the importance of fresh air to their health and skin. I hope everyone found this blog to be a helpful reminder.
