How to Heal from IBS. The Real Reason for Irritable Bowel Syndrome.


People who have or have had IBS understand how inconvenient it can be and how it can affect daily life. Irritable bowel syndrome is a condition and a deficiency, not a disease. It will not stay with you indefinitely if you make the necessary changes to your diet and lifestyle.

Build-up stress in The Gut is the Real Cause of IBS

Your diet and the food you eat are the primary causes of IBS. The wrong food for your body type. The stress that has built up in your organs. But what I’m going to tell you are the results of experiments I’ve conducted over the last decade using my knowledge, smart stomach philosophy, and being an expert on the subject of digestion.


Stretch your upper and lower body for at least 10-15 minutes before beginning your meals and between each meal. Take deep breaths and rest frequently. Don’t overwork yourself. Many people do not realize that the main cause of IBS is eating the wrong foods in the wrong proportions while under stress and fatigue.


Take your time eating and chewing your food thoroughly. Avoid eating too much at once. Small and smart meals that your body enjoys and digests better.

Consume moderate amounts of protein and fat with your meals. If your body is unable to handle it, symptoms such as IBS, bloating, acid reflux, and heartburn may start to occur. Everyone’s body is unique and reacts differently to various foods and meal combinations.


The most common symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) are:


• abdominal pain and cramping which is often relieved by emptying your bowel,
• a change in your bowel habits, such as diarrhea, constipation, or, sometimes, both,
• bloating and swelling of your abdomen,
• excessive wind,
• experiencing an urgent need to go to the toilet, which can result in incontinence if a bathroom is not nearby,
• a feeling that you have not fully emptied your bowel, and


Many people are suffering from Digestive problems. Irritable Bowel Syndrome is one of the most uncomfortable deficiencies.

The biggest reason why you have IBS is that;

Build-up stress in the gut due to the daily stress and stress from Indigestion can cause IBS.

Low Vitality and Energy levels of the body and Organs.

Not Chewing your food enough can cause IBS

Walking and Running too much, making yourself tired, especially after eating a meal.

Eat healthy foods low in fat. Veggies and Fruits.

Take deep breaths towards your abdominal

If you implement most or all of the steps mentioned, It should take a few days to a week to get rid of IBS. You will feel much better. Making a habit of most of these steps along with Eating a healthy diet and keeping a stress-free life will prevent IBS from coming back.
