Consider a cell phone that you used all day and whose charge is nearly finished. You will plug the phone into its charger and charge it so that you can use it again. We are like a phone that needs to be charged at night through sleep in order to function properly. If you do not plug in the cell phone, it will turn off and you will be unable to use it.
