10 Excellent Tips to Prevent and Treat a Cold, Flu, or Infection Naturally

 

Unexpected illnesses may interfere with our daily lives. You need the best tools to improve faster and keep moving forward in life. The following are some natural ways to recover from a cold or infection without the use of a prescription drug.

1- Drink more lemon water.

Try to drink at least three glasses of water when you wake up in the morning. In the last glass, squeeze half a lemon. Stretch, jump, and use the stairs until you feel the need to use the restroom. The goal is to easily eliminate the majority of the unwanted toxic waste from your colon. Repeat the process the following day.

You could even make it a new health habit. You’ll be surprised at how much better you’ll feel every day.

2- Consume fruits and vegetables

Eat as many fruits and vegetables as possible. You should eat a serving of fruits or drink a smoothie every 2–3 hours. This will give you more energy to fight the infection.

3- Vitamin C, Zinc and Selenium

Try something natural that works much better than immune boosters like echinacea and goldenseal, or even colloidal silver. Your immune system was compromised for a reason. And being deficient in these essential minerals puts you at high risk of catching a cold or infection quickly.

  3. Tilt your head to the side, as if you’re placing your right ear against your right shoulder.
  4. Pour the water into your left nostril through the spout. The water should then drain and pour out of your right nostril, clearing your nose.
