How Pre-breakfast can Improve your Energy, Mood, and Productivity.

In this video, I’ll go over what pre-breakfast is and how it can benefit people who don’t have an appetite when they wake up or don’t have time to prepare and eat a traditional breakfast.

People who enjoy working out in the mornings can also benefit from a pre-workout breakfast.

If you are one of those people who does not get hungry and does not feel like eating breakfast, the pre-breakfast idea is preferable and can be beneficial to you.

I’m one of those people who doesn’t feel hungry when I wake up and has to wait an hour or two before eating breakfast. I know people who wake up with a big appetite and eat large breakfasts.

So, there are several reasons for this, the main one being a lack of adequate stomach acid and a poor appetite as a result of weak digestion. It also depends on what and how late you ate the previous night.

As you are aware, in my philosophy of health, everyone has a unique body type, and there is no single diet that is suitable for everyone. So, it is wise to know your body.

If you eat too soon after waking up or drink too much, you may experience indigestion and fatigue. This could easily ruin your entire day. Starting your day with discomfort in your stomach, fatigue, and laziness is the worst thing that can happen to you.

The best thing to do is experiment and see how you feel with pre-breakfast. I usually eat small portions of oatmeal, fruits, smoothies, or a small toast until I’m hungry enough to eat my regular breakfast of eggs, avocado, spinach, and sourdough bread. I don’t always eat this way; it just depends on how hungry I am when I wake up.

So you can try eating small portions of food like oatmeal, cheese toast, or a smoothie, then wait an hour and eat your regular breakfast if you have the time, and see how you feel after a few weeks.

This prevents you from putting too much strain on your digestion and stomach, allowing you to have a more energetic and productive day.

I also avoid eating a large breakfast before a bowel movement. If you have healthy bowel movements before breakfast, you will be able to digest your food much more effectively. Another tip is to get enough fiber in your first meal of the day.

It’s perhaps worth mentioning the pre-workout breakfast which can be an important meal for those looking to maximize their physical activity. My favorite time to work out is after I’ve digested my breakfast and prior to launch.

Most people have their highest energy levels in the morning. But, for me, eating a healthy breakfast or a pre-workout breakfast works best. You don’t want to lift heavy weights on an empty stomach or full stomach. If you don’t have time in the mornings, you can always work out in the evening before dinner.

There you have it, I hope this pre-breakfast idea is helpful and beneficial to you. Let me know in the comments what you eat after you wake up, and if you have considered or plan to try pre-breakfast to see how you feel and function.
