Does Playing Video Games Drain Your Energy?

Does playing video games drain your energy?

Big advice to all video gamers

Have you ever spent too much time playing video games and ended up feeling mentally exhausted, physically tired, bored, or even depressed?

I’m talking about games that require your full attention and focus, such as active gaming on a console while staring at the TV nonstop, as compared to sedentary gaming on your phone, which requires little energy other than your valuable time.

As an expert in human psychology and vitality, I came to the conclusion that playing certain games requires our full attention and focus, mind and brain for long periods of time, depending on your energy and age.

Playing video games for hours on end can cause fatigue and mental exhaustion, as well as tension and accumulated stress, which can be harmful to your mind and body.

After discovering this negative impact and experiencing adverse symptoms, I quit playing video games about ten years ago and have never looked back.

I’m not saying you shouldn’t play video games, but keep in mind that playing for too long can be detrimental to your health and vitality in the long run.

This is just a friendly reminder. To some extent, it is similar to playing sports outdoors. You know what happens to your shoulders if you play tennis or surf for hours without stopping and resting. The same thing can occur in your wrist, back, brain, and eyes.

The best way to avoid physical stress, tension, and mental exhaustion from excessive video game play is to take frequent breaks, stretch, and keep your sessions short. Step outside and get some fresh air.

This allows you to rest your eyes and brain, preventing health issues in the future. I hope this video is helpful and can be a benefit to you.
