2- Spinach
Spinach improves skin health and complexion. This leafy green vegetable is a rich source of folate and vitamin K, both of which are necessary for a clear complexion. because these nutrients aid in reducing scars, dark spots, and acne. Additionally, the presence of essential vitamins and minerals soothes itchy skin.
Spinach is high in both vitamin A and vitamin C. Vitamin C works to repair damaged skin cells, while vitamin A ensures a radiant and bright skin tone. Repairing damaged skin can help you look younger and more radiant.

3- Salmon
Salmon contains omega-3 fatty acids which contribute to the production of collagen, a protein that “helps keep the skin wrinkle-free and skin foundation strong. In addition, this fish is delicious and one of the healthiest foods you can eat. Salmon is good for our brains as well as our hearts.
Consume omega-3 fatty acids and limit omega-6 fatty acids to reduce inflammation that damages the stomach lining and leads to a leaky gut, a condition in which undigested food particles enter the bloodstream and trigger an inflammatory response.
4- Kale
Kale is a rich source of vitamin K. It also has anti-inflammatory benefits that help you stay less bloated, which can prevent puffiness and swelling on the face. Sometimes seeing our face slightly swollen is not uncommon.

5- Sea bass
Sea bass is a white fish that is high in omega-3 fatty acids and mineral content. It’s also one of the lightest fish, which makes it very easy to digest. Sea bass is mostly found in Europe and the Mediterranean diet. Sea bass, salmon, and sardines are among my favorite fish.

7- Cherries
Cherries are high in anti-aging properties. Melatonin in cherries slows the aging process.
Cherries have anti-bacterial properties, which means they can remove toxins from the body and eliminate bacteria under the skin, cleaning your system from the inside out and making your skin glow on the outside. Cherries are one of my favorite fruits, and I use them frequently in my smoothies.
8- Mulberries
These berries are known as “hidden gems,” and mulberries are possibly the most potent fruit of all time. Mulberries are the softest and most delicious fruits, with high levels of vitamin C, antioxidants, and resveratrol to give you the energy boost and youthful glow you desire.
Hands down, my favorite fruit. I prefer fresh ones over dried ones. However, finding fresh ones is not that easy. Only certain Mediterranean countries, such as Turkey and Greece, have them during the summer season. Surprisingly, I have seen the largest mulberry tree in Hungary. Mulberries come in both white and black varieties.
The black mulberries can easily be confused with blackberries if you see one but it is different if you touch it and taste it.
9- Avocado
Avocados are highly nutritious fruits with high amounts of healthy fats. Not only do they taste good, but they also offer incredible benefits for the skin when consumed, as well as when applied topically. Avocados also contain Vitamin E which protects our skin.

Acai is one of the best fruits for improving skin radiance and vitality.
