Many people turn to coffee and energy drinks to get them through the day. Canadians on average are the most consumers of coffee. I am not surprised by this. I traveled the world, and I can tell you that people in Canada have the lowest energy and vitality on average among most people in the west. So more people tend to drink coffee, and they love their Tim Horton’s coffee shop.In my philosophy, everything has its price. Wouldn’t it be so great to drink coffee nonstop to get your energy and get away with it? Coffee will leave you sluggish, fatigued and depressed depending on your vitality level. Some may be dependent on it, and some may be addicted to coffee. Yes, coffee will deplete B vitamins along with some vital minerals such as magnesium if drank regularly.Unfortunately, excessive coffee consumption may cause certain types of conditions for some people. Adrenal fatigue, sleep problems and hair loss are common symptoms some people may experience. After doing an experiment I came to the conclusion that too much coffee does indeed depletes certain vitamins and causes the aforementioned conditions.Nevertheless, if you drink coffee on a regular basis, you should be fine; I believe everyone reacts differently to caffeine and the amount of caffeine consumed. However, drinking 2-3 cups of coffee almost every day will have a negative impact on your energy and health in the long run. If you have certain illnesses or conditions, it is best to avoid or limit your coffee consumption.
