Dry Meat
If you enjoy meat, one of the best pieces of advice I can give you is to consume juicy meats and poultry. Natural meats with no additives. No processed meat. Improperly prepared meat, whether processed or dried, can lead to illness, upset the stomach, and sap your energy.
I’ve seen people get sick as a result of not paying attention to what they put in their mouths, not changing their diet, and consuming unhealthy foods.
These people consume processed meat, deli meats, dry meat or chicken, and an excessive number of packaged meals, all of which can affect your health and cause you to develop symptoms and chronic illnesses in the future, such as cancer.
Always consume natural, fresh meat and chew it well to improve digestion and nutritional absorption.
Find and select a reputable butcher, then attempt to cook your meat to perfection. Do not consume huge quantities. Understand your body and eat in portions that your stomach can handle.
Be mindful of your diet if you have trouble digesting food or have a sensitive digestive system to prevent unpleasant symptoms and conditions, including heartburn, GERD, acid reflux, and bloating.
